Welcome to the RR Donnelley Interactive XBRL Viewer(TM), a free-to-use web-based application that allows you to view any XBRL live-filing made to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) while helping you review and approve your own XBRL documents! The RR Donnelley XBRL Viewer is based upon the same XBRL rendering engine used by the SEC, but offers file storage, technical validation, review/approval features and immediate feedback results not found in the SEC Pre-Viewer.
Uploading your own XBRL documents requires a simple registration so that you can upload files in a secure fashion tied to your user ID. The RR Donnelley XBRL Viewer provides three levels of technical validation: "XBRL 2.1", "SEC Voluntary Program" and "SEC Mandate Program". These validation options allow you to gauge the technical compliance of your XBRL documents. The SEC Mandate validation provides EDGAR Filing Manual-compliant (EFM) validation (that which is found when test/live filing to the SEC) plus additional feedback on your XBRL documents.
